Initiating this issue is a guest article regarding the author's experience of traveling to the Klondike, just after the gold rush. The featured articles for this issue are about agricultural forestry. Agricultural articles pertain to the sugar beet industry in Canada, the National Stockmen's Convention, the distribution of seed by the Experimental Union, and practical economics. The horticultural column concludes its series on the peach industry and then provides instructions on the construction of cold storage rooms. The editorial encourages financial support for the college societies. While campus news reports the biographies of outstanding members of the student body. The Macdonald Institute column contains a photograph of a demonstration cooking class. The "Our Old Boys Page" contains alumni news. While the Locals column provides campus humour. |
