Abstract: This issue begins with an article on the extensive immigration to the Canadian prairies and a poetic tribute to Dr. Mills. Agricultural articles pertain to Texan agriculture and its connection to Ontario, Professor Harcourt's article on soil fertility, and notes on cattle breeding and marketing. The nature studies series continues with the fifth installment on seed germination. The horticultural articles address the plant diseases of smut in oats and fire blight, as well as, the cultivation of cinerarias. The editorial comments on the value of a college education. Campus news reports on the debating team, provides biographies for two students, and resumes coverage of the sports events. The Macdonald Institute column mentions Adelaide Hoodless' lecture on "ethics of the home" and that the women did not have a residence on campus. The "Our Old Boys Page" contains alumni news. While the Locals column provides campus humour.
