Abstract
This issue begins with commentary on Macaulay's essay on Milton. Agricultural articles pertain to forestry's effect on soil quality, some observations on Canadian agriculture, and fruit orchard articles are regarding climatic requirements and pruning techniques. The editorial comments on the inauguration of short courses in stock and grain judging for students who cannot afford the time of a regular college course. Campus news reports on the addition of domestic science lectures to the Dairy School and the granting of admission to a number of Guelph women. The athletics column contains news on the student hockey games. The Personals column contains alumni news. While the Locals column provides campus humour.
