dc.description.abstract This poster looks at dream types such as REM stage and non-REM stage, recurring, and daydreams. The poster includes brief summaries of many of the topics covered in the course, such as lucid dreaming,keeping a journal, and sleep deprivation. The poster includes a poll showing the results of students in the seminar and nights of sleep deprivation, as well as a graph of seminar members chronotypes. Dream analysis:looking at meanings of events that occur in dreams, such as falling being associated with loss of control is also shown on the poster. Included is also the topic of Blue light: looking at effects of electronics in the bedroom. en_US
