dc.description.abstract This report reviews existing literature on compassion fatigue and its effect on caregivers. Prepared for Hospice Wellington, it seeks to enhance understanding of compassion fatigue in hospice and palliative care, and help identify and effectively manage its symptoms for the benefit of both clients and caregivers.
