Abstract: The highlight of this issue is the success of the eleventh annual College Royal. College Royal articles include a summary of the programme and a list of the competition winners. Contained in this issue are three short stories. A Macdonald Institute student contributed a travel diary on her travels through Scotland. Agricultural articles report on the land reclamation conducted in Holland, Canadian poultry stock exported to France, and the profitability of selling horses in Vancouver. Other articles in this issue pertain to the history of the Field Husbandry Department and a short history on the research of bacteria. An O. V. C. student contributes some short notes on a variety of topics. Campus news reports on the public speaking debates and the dances for the Sophomore Year, O. A. C. Junior Year, and the Senior Girls of Macdonald Institute. The Athletics column provides updates on the athletic teams and the success of the O. A. C. Rifle Association. Alumni news provides alumni update. The Macdonald Institute column contains student poetry and the women's basketball results.
