Clear Language Research Summaries

Clear Language Research Summaries are designed to remove jargon and create a description of a peer-reviewed discovery that's easy to understand.

Beginning in September 2011, the Insititute for Community Engaged Scholarship has set up clear language writing training for students and staff from across the University of Guelph. The Clear Language team is working to create and disseminate 144 clear language research summaries of peer-reviewed journal articles about research happening at the University of Guelph.

More information about the project can be found on the 'Project Description' page.

Taking advantage of the opportunities to work together, University of Guelph and York University are leveraging their partnership in ResearchImpact.ca to disseminate Clear Language Research Summaries to a wide audience throughout Canada.

This project is supported by the Agri-Food and Rural Link KTT program, funded under the OMAFRA-University of Guelph Partnership.
