Municipal Campaign School Resources Guide

Abstract

This report presents the findings of research conducted by CESI's Research Shop in partnership with members of the Guelph Advocates group who are part of a committee of Campaign School organizers in Guelph, Wellington, and Oxford counties. The purpose of this research was to develop a comprehensive list of resources to support participants of the campaign schools and those generally interested in becoming involved in politics. A literature review was conducted covering a wide range of topics including various political roles and responsibilities, campaigning, fundraising, and communications.
