Abstract: This graphic report summarizes a panel held as part of a webinar on International Women's Day presented by the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute, the Canadian Federation of University Women (Guelph Chapter), the Zonta club of Guelph, and Guelph-Wellington Women in crisis. This panel expanded on research that highlighted the importance of mentorship in supporting women throughout their leadership journey. It featured four women leaders from the Guelph Wellington Community who shared their insights on the value of mentorship and the role it has played in their careers. This summary explores panelists' insights on the role of mentorship, as well as tips for mentors and mentees.
