Watershed planning initiative: Coordination, Resources and Effectiveness Task Group, Final report

Abstract

This report presents the findings and observations of the Coordination, Resources and Effectiveness Task Group. This is one of the three task group reports prepared as part of the evaluation of the provincial Watershed Planning Initiative (WPI) which was announced by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of the Environment and Energy in June, 1993. The task group's mandate was to examine and document the use of financial, human and information resources in watershed planning in Ontario and to examine the coordination and effectiveness of the watershed planning process in Ontario.
