Title: Pollution source identification through Pseudomonas aeruginosa typing procedure

Abstract: The goal of this study was to develop and test a method of identifying and categorizing Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria according to their host species. The secondary goal was to use the results of this study to determine which activities or types of farms are the largest contributors of bacterial pollution in Bear Creek and at the Warwick Conservation Area reservoir.
