dc.description.abstract The CURB Program provides financial incentives to rural landowners within targeted areas to encourage the installation of cost-effective remedial measures that will improve water quality at public beaches. 1993 was the third year of the Clean Up Rural Beaches (CURB) Implementation Program within the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority (UTRCA) watershed. This program provides financial incentives to rural landowners within a targeted area for the installation of cost-effective environmental measures that will improve reservoir water quality. This report provides a summary of the progress of the program.
