Abstract: The purpose of this technical report is to document the data collection methodology adopted by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment (MOE) under the Task C (Canadian Section) field studies of the Pollution from Land Use Activities Reference Group (PLUARG) program. The Grand River and Saugeen River pilot watersheds were chosen as part of the PLUARG program for intensive study in Canada, to cover a wide variety of potential sources of pollution to the Great Lakes.
