Abstract
This poster was created for a poster session held in April 2012 as part of the meetings of Canadian University Presidents' Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada in Guelph. It portrays the role of the Research Shop and the governance system of how interns, students, directors, and community partners collaborate. Particularly, it explains the roles of interns at the Research Shop.
