This brief issue begins the new school year with a welcome to the new students. The major article is an informative piece regarding the sport of rugby. The focus of the agricultural news is that the college's judging team won the world championship at the World's Grain Exhibition and Conference. The other article pertains to the work of the Rothamsted Experiment Station. The Macdonald Institute column is devoted to an article evaluating the nutritional value of shredded wheat.
