Abstract: This issue begins with an article by Professor Tomlinson regarding the cultivation of roses. Reprinted in this issue are articles on agricultural education in Europe, and the evolution of the public market for agricultural products. Alumnus S. E. Percival writes of his experience as Assistant to the Agent General for Ontario. Also in this issue is a biography of the playwright Eugene O'Neill. The editorial comments on the need for Canadian patriotism and citizenship. The Alumni column provides an update of alumni activities. The Macdonald Institute column highlights the Macdonald Hall graduation and examination results, and alumnae updates.
