Abstract: This issue's agricultural articles pertain to the educational value of auction sales, pest control for white grubs, sheep breeds and their management, bird migration, the agricultural use of meteorological observations, and the advantages of milking machines with the farm labour shortage. Professor Hugo Reed provides his reminiscences of the O. A. C. The Query column answers agricultural queries send in by subscribers. Campus news addresses the future of the Ontario Provincial Winter Fair and the O. A. C. annual stock sale. Macdonald Institute articles welcome the new students to Mac Hall, along with the four pioneering women who are attending the O. A. C.; also, there are updates on the activities of the Y. W. C. A., and the women's field day. The Alumni column provides several military letters, obituaries, and alumni updates.
