The new school year begins with articles on principles of agricultural co-operation, the experience of teaching in Alberta, improving forage crops, and breeds of draft horses. The Experimental column contains articles on how grain seed has acclimated in Eastern Canada, and that alfalfa is Ontario's leading forage crop. The Horticulture column's article is about the development of fruit growing across Canada. While the Poultry articles describe a model poultry processing plant, and displaying poultry at the Canadian National Exhibition. Campus news outlines the changes in faculty and the college organizations on campus. The Macdonald column provides an update on the new students at the college. Alumni news is available in the Alumni column. |
