Abstract

This summer issue's articles feature the coronation of King George V, Professor Reynolds' comparison of agriculture between Eastern and Western Canada, and a photo-essay of the O. A. C. campus. Agricultural articles pertain to sheep breeding in Ontario, the profitability of orchards in Niagara compared to Northumberland County, and wheat breeding at the Kansas Experiment Station. The Poultry column is a reprint of an American address given on agricultural co-operation in New England. Campus news summarizes the events of the closing of the school year including examinations, the valedictory address, the senior's banquet, and the faculty banquet. The Macdonald Institute column focuses on the May Day festivities, the women's tennis tournament and baseball. The Schools' and Teachers' Department column features experiments with seeds and seedlings.
