Abstract: This issue's articles include the value of bees and potential for a honey industry in Ontario, the game of chess, the value of milking machines to the farmer, the profitability of sheep, and experimental research with tobacco. The horticultural articles pertain to the fruit industry and address thinning fruit, and the need for co-operation amongst farmers. The poultry column has articles about breed types, and specializing in poultry production. Campus news reports the results of the oratorical contest, the Union Literary Society meeting, and the athletic results. The Macdonald Institute column addresses the need for physical education in Ontario schools and a report on the Valentine promenade. Alumni news is available in the Alumni column.
