Abstract: This issue starts the new school year with articles on politics, farming in South Africa, the benefits of a National Association of Dairy Instructors, and how the automobile is a fad and horse breeding has a future. The Horticulture column contains observations on the fruit industry in the Lake Huron District, and methods of fruit culture in the western provinces. The Experimental column addresses the profitability of shipping tomatoes to Great Britain. Campus news highlights the freshmen initiation, opportunities in the college organizations, and faculty changes at the college. The Macdonald Institute column features the women's initiation, and athletic association officers. Alumni news is available in the Alumni column and features some of the alumni in British Columbia.
