Abstract
The new school year begins with an article extolling students to be industrious. Agricultural articles pertain to the decline in agricultural real estate prices, the bean industry in Ontario, showmanship of the stockman, and the study of root crops at Cornell. The editorial reports changes in the admission standards to the third year course, and spelling reform in the United States. Campus news reports the changes on campus and new faculty. The Macdonald Institute column contains news of the alumnae of 1906. Alumni news is available in the Our Old Boys column and this issue profiles each member of the O. A. C. class of 1906.
