dc.description.abstract The primary objective of this scoping review is to identify and describe the existing literature evaluating non-antibiotic approaches that may reduce the need for antibiotic use, through illness prevention, illnesses treatment, and enhance growth performance, at the nursery stage of pig production. A second objective is to determine the feasibility of conducting one or more systematic reviews to answer a specific question. A third objective is to identify gaps in the research on this broad topic area. en_US
