Title: Let's Talk Fitness

Abstract: For my autoethnography podcast, I created a story about how students who are physically active 4-5 times/week are happier and cope better with stress. I discussed this topic with many students who are active and they were able to provide great reflections on their beliefs and experiences. This podcast talks about all the benefits and gives listeners an insight on a particular student’s life that was positively changed from exercise.
