Abstract
Hotel You is a collection of poems which explores ever-shifting notions of the self and others. In it, we find speakers and subjects under construction, renovation, and demolition, struggling to deal with life's great constant: change. These poems offer glimpses into the nebulous process of forging selfhood amidst the competing, seductive pulls of stasis and ephemerality.
