Abstract: The purpose of this study was to define and explain the current winter trail maintenance preferences among users of the Speed and Eramosa River trail region in Guelph, Ontario. The research involved answering the question ‘In the Speed and Eramosa River trail region, how are the winter maintenance preferences of different user groups varied and why?’. This study also explored sub questions which examined winter maintenance preferences within and between user groups.
