The Atrium is comprised of a series of collections organized by College and Department. Submitting items to collections within the Atrium can be accomplished using the options below.

  • Deposit items to your collection by logging into the site and following the simple step-by-step procedure using the online submission form.

Theses and Dissertations Submission Form (graduate students)

The University of Guelph requires the electronic submission of all theses and dissertations (ETDs) to the Atrium. The Office of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies is responsible for processing and approving all submissions. Follow the series of steps in the order listed below to deposit your thesis or dissertation.

  1. Review the Office of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies (OGPS) Thesis Completion Guide which provides information on the requirements, schedule and process of preparing and submitting a thesis for approval by OGPS and preservation in the Atrium. Questions related to thesis/dissertation formatting requirements, deadlines, fees, and submission status should be directed to the OGPS at

  2. Read the Atrium ETD submission guide for an explanation of the online submission form.

  3. Log in to the Atrium and use the submission form to upload your thesis/dissertation. Questions about the submission form or any technical issues can be directed to the Research & Scholarship team.
