Abstract

This issue begins with a welcome to the new Provincial Minster of Agriculture. The agricultural article pertains to how motorized transportation has led to the profitability of the Okanagan fruit industry. The Livestock and Dairy Products Judging Teams are featured in two articles. While the Poultry column explains the nutritional value of eggs. Reprinted is an article describing the danger of Blister Rust to the White Pine forests of Canada. Campus news reports on the paved road building occurring on campus, the Student Christian Movement conference, and the athletic events on campus. The Macdonald Institute column provides an article on a new student's first impressions of Macdonald Hall, and alumnae activities. This issue does not contain an Alumni column.
