Abstract

In May 2016, the Library's User Experience Team interviewed faculty (12) and students (10) about their experiences in regards to Library services. Our research found: (1) establishing a personal connection with the Library is extremely important for faculty engagement; (2) new faculty often feel "lost" when it comes to interacting with the Library; (3) most users do not know who to contact at the Library; (4) most users are unaware of the Library's services and organizational structure; and (5) most users believe the Library has met their needs.
