Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a heritage treatment applied to creeping bentgrass in efforts to control stimulated fairy ring disease. Results of the study show that the heritage treatments were unable to significantly reduce movement or outward rate of growth of the stimulated fairy ring. The experimental treatment was effective in reducing the intensity of the stimulated fairy rings. No phytotoxic levels were detected in the course of this experiment.
