Radiographic findings: on VD, the cardiac shadow is very large and asymmetrical, especially on LHS. Liver "waist" visible, but unusual shape. Caudal coelom looks odd, duodenal loop very prominent, border of increased density tissue visible overlying with fluid structure. On lateral, there is a huge oval shaped density overlying heart and liver. Pericardial +/- perihepatic effusion. Pro/ventriculus not visible. On U/S and endoscopy the entire shape was pericardial sac with m3 distension.
