The Clean Up Rural Beaches (CURB) Implementation Program was continued through the 1994/95 program period within the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority(UTRCA) watershed. The CURB Program provides financial incentives to rural landowners within targeted areas to encourage the installation of cost-effective remedial measures that will improve water quality at public beaches. This report provides a summary of the progress of the program.
