The topic of the Millennial generation has become very popular in the library and higher education literature. The Student Expectations working group began by conducting a review of this literature on Millennials in order to identify common themes and trends. Next, a survey was developed and administered to students at the University of Guelph. This report summarizes the findings of the literature, the 2007 survey results and analysis.
