This final report for the Stratford-Avon River Environmental Management Project represents the culmination of comprehensive urban, rural and in-stream studies initiated in April, 1980, at the request of the City of Stratford. The overall objective of the study was to provide a comprehensive water quality management strategy for the Avon River Basin which identifies optimal solutions to existing water quality impairment problems and evaluates the various trade-offs associated with urban, rural and in-stream management options.
