Abstract
These Knowledge Translation (KT) products were created to raise awareness about the term young carers in the Waterloo region. The products were developed alongside several community partners.
Description
Infographic was solely focused on self-identification of young carers. It focused on the definition of young carer and gave examples to help aid self-identification. The pamphlet was directed at those who some-what related to the term but have not fully identified with it and fail to seek out resources.
