This report summarizes the results of the processing tomato cultivar evaluation work for 1992. Most of the cultivars tested were identified as being suited for wholepack end use, however some entries that could be considered dual purpose, or specifically for paste were also evaluated. The entries in the trial were evaluated for yield potential (Part A), peeling and canning suitability (Part B), and fruit quality (Part C). The conclusions are summarized at the end of the report (Part D).
