The Rice Lake Beaches study was initiated to investigate these concerns and identify sources of contamination. This document comprises the Clean Up Rural Beach plan for the Rice Lake watershed, an area administered by three conservation authorities, Otonabee Region Conservation Authority (ORCA), Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority (GRCA) and Lower Trent Region Conservation Authority (LTRCA).
