The Workplace Outreach Facilitator's Learning Program aims to: create a space for individuals to gain skills and knowledge necessary to become facilitators and leaders in the Work Place Outreach Program; foster a community of learning in order to increase the quality of presentations given by both new and current facilitators, therefore more effectively engaging individual participants in the Workplace Outreach Program; provide increased volunteer opportunities for individuals to become actively involved in the organization; and provide opportunity for volunteers to grow personally and develop transferable skills through their involvement with Engineers Without Borders.
