When students returned to the UG Library last September, they did a double take. We had made some major changes to the first floor of the library to make room for more study space and to introduce a new model of reference service. The User Experience team used multiple methods to investigate our users' response to these changes. We will talk about our investigation and some of the surprising things we learned.
