Abstract

This summer issue contains agricultural articles on the marketability of draft horses, the resumption of the free seed-testing program, and the principles of Record of Performance for poultry, beneficial hawks for agriculture, and the problem of "Isle of Wight" disease in apiaries. The address given by Sir Clifford Sifton at the American Association for the Advancement of Science concludes in this issue. An alumna provides an article on the value of Canadian literature. Campus news comments on the value of war trophies, the Governor General's visit to the College, the second annual Fourth Year Reception and the Baccalaureate Service for the graduates. The Alumni column contains alumni and alumnae updates. This issue does not contain a Macdonald column.
