This report outlines in detail the results of studies by the Ministry of the Environment of water takings in the Thames River basin, Water takings for municipal, rural domestic, industrial, and agricultural purposes are described according to source and amount of water taken. In addition, the report outlines water-use conflicts which result from water-supply interference, and draws conclusions as to the nature of this problem in the watershed.
